bfa Specialist Roundtable Discussions & Summer Social Evening

Join the bfa for a series of expert led discussions designed to help you support your network and improve franchisee performance and end the day at a mediaeval banquet at Warwick Castle.

Topics to be discussed at the Roundtable event include:

- Franchisee profiling
- Local marketing
- Monitoring franchisee performance
- Ongoing training and support
- Recruiting the right franchisees
- Development of online tools

Delegates may choose four discussions to participate in and there will be a short break between each session.

End the day by stepping back to 1471 for an evening filled with food, merriment and authentic mediaeval revelry, all against the backdrop of Warwick Castle. The evening includes:

- A champagne drinks reception in the castle grounds

- Three course banquet including beer, wine and soft drinks throughout
