Events cancellation policy


The following applies to any Event, Seminar or Forum organised or run by the British Franchise Association.

  • Full refunds will be granted for bookings cancelled at least ten working days in advance of the event. 
  • No refunds are permitted for cancellations less than ten working days in advance or for ‘no-shows’. 
  • All requests for refunds must be made in writing to the bfa at: British Franchise Association, Centurion Court, 85f Milton Park, Abingdon, OX14 4RY
