Franchise Development Services (FDS) is seeking international Master Franchise Owners to aid its international expansion. FDS is specifically looking to launch offices in Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, Malaysia, India and all European countries particularly Portugal, the Netherlands, Italy and Germany.
FDS is a UK-based company that was founded in 1981 and provides a franchise consultancy service to franchisors and franchise owners. Since it was established FDS has helped over 500 companies to franchise their businesses, as well as successfully franchising its own concept. FDS currently has four franchised offices operating in the UK and a Master Franchise located in Spain.
The FDS Master Franchise package will provide thorough training and support to enable its Master Franchise Owners to operate their businesses successfully. In addition to this Master Franchise Owners will be able to utilise FDS head office staff and facilities for the launch of their businesses, and experienced head office staff will be continually available to provide ongoing advice and guidance to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day business. Master Franchise Owners will also be expected to make annual visists to the FDS head office in Norwich, England to discuss new marketing strategies and exchange ideas.
FDS is looking for Master Franchise Owners who have the confidence and drive to provide an excellent franchise consultancy service, combined with an understanding of basic legal and financial matters. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful track record, either as an owner or a person playing a key role in running a business.
Those looking to own a FDS Master Franchise should ideally have worked for a number of years in the management or business consultancy field with companies like KPMG, Accenture or Price Waterhouse. Candidates also need to be experienced in both selling and delivering comprehensive work programmes. Due to the fact that the role will involve meeting with a variety of business owners, candidates must have the ability to work well with corporate executives and the desire to establish long-term relationships. Above all candidates must be motivated and dedicated to building a strong franchise consultancy business in their country.
