- Phil Pinkney and Greg Greatbatch Belvoir Lettings : Phil Pinkney and Greg Greatbatch Before becoming franchisees, Phil had enjoyed a 30 year career in travel, four years of which was with a travel franchise, giving him an insight into the franchising concept. Greg had spent 15 years in the motor industry, as after sales manager for Saab, Volvo and Chrysler dealerships. Co-incidentally, Phil and Greg are brothers in law.
- Terry Lucking Belvoir Lettings : Terry Lucking Terry became a franchisee in 1999 after a career in the food industry spanning 22 years. He was a director of two major plcs before being headhunted to become managing director of a successful family farming business in Cambridge.
