Case Study - Ivan & Daniela Coutinho

Husband-and-wife team Ivan and Daniela Coutinho are the owners of Heritage Healthcare Ealing and Richmond. They launched their business in November 2014 after receiving their CQC registration.

Daniela is an experienced and qualified care professional with varied experience within the domiciliary care sector, working her way up from carer to registered manager. Ivan has a solid business background and a proven track record of success. Together they have a fantastic skill set to own a care business.

Ivan says: “We researched quite a lot of different companies and Heritage was the best fit for our aspirations and experience. We were most impressed by the absolute commitment by Heritage to providing a no-compromise service based on the highest levels of professionalism – which matched our approach to the sector.”

Both Ivan and Daniela pride themselves on being caring people and are totally committed to working with their clients to provide a service they are completely happy with.

Ivan and Daniela decided to purchase their second territory of Richmond after only six months of trading. The pair have hugely exceeded budgets and are now delivering more than double their forecasted hours.

The first winners of Heritage Healthcare Franchise of the Year, Ivan and Daniela have built an outstanding reputation within their area and continue to build a successful business.
