Case Study - Jameela Rangoonwala

Heritage Healthcare first met Cardiff-based Jameela Rangoonwala at the National Franchise Exhibition in Birmingham in October 2013. Jameela became the first franchisee to open a Heritage Healthcare franchise in November 2014.

Since the launch of her business, Jameela has completed the Level 5 diploma in leadership for health and social, hugely improving her knowledge of the care sector.

Jameela says: “The ongoing support I have received from Heritage has simply been first class from all aspects of the business, including: operations, marketing, finance, IT and training. I currently employ 13 staff and have had to move into larger offices to aid and assist with the future growth of the business.”

Heritage Healthcare Cardiff is going from strength to strength. Last year, Jameela was announced as a finalist for the Business Start-Ups awards, testament to Jameela, Natasha and the care team in Cardiff’s high standards in business and care.

Following the continued success of our homecare business, we are in a strong position to expand the business nationwide through franchising. Homecare is one of the biggest growth sectors in the UK, which offers fantastic long-term investment opportunities. Previous care experience is not a requirement but good people skills and a caring nature, combined with the drive to succeed, are essential. We have the knowledge and experience of the market to train, guide and help you run a successful business.
