The initial training takes a minimum of 43 days – you’ll learn how Home Care Preferred works, what our processes are, and how you will manage every client as well as attracting new clients to your business. We offer ongoing training to provide valuable support and industry expertise so you always know the next steps and how to improve your business.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

A Home Care Preferred franchise owner will replicate our one stop shop model. The Franchise will employ key team members like Care Manager, Retail Manager and Community Relations Manager who will run the operational side of the business. The Franchise owner will be closely involved in managing the team and driving business development to attract new clients and establishing a successful franchise.
