Franchise Overview

For an initial investment of £20k you’ll receive an agreed percentage split on both turnover and profit. A five-year term is in place, with the option to renew for a further five years and assign the business should you wish.

The package includes a full pub inventory, complete with kitchen equipment, an EPOS system and comprehensive marketing support ranging from menus and promotional materials through to mystery shoppers and operating standards…plus a whole lot more!

All of our franchise opportunities are established pub businesses situated in the heart of thriving communities. Our franchisees undertake a wide and varied range of day-to-day activities inclusive of promotional and sales driving, customer service and interaction, administration, team management, kitchen and bar work.

Live-in accommodation is provided in all of our pubs allowing franchisees the opportunity to really engage with and become a part of the local community.
