Training

Our initial one-week training programme is designed to equip you with the skills and know-how to get your business off to a flying start. This includes three days training at our head office before your branch opens, encompassing marketing systems, administration and accounting; followed by two days of operational management training at an existing branch. Our dedicated support team will provide further training and support after your branch opens.

As a Minster franchisee, you will enjoy a busy, sometimes challenging, but ultimately rewarding working life. You will have overall responsibility for the management of multiple contracts and a large team of cleaning operatives. You will also spend time developing relationships with prospective clients across a range of sectors, whilst ensuring that your existing clients remain satisfied with the level of service they receive.
