Premier Sport is part of the Premier Education Group, which combined forms the biggest sport and physical activity provider in the UK employing 700+ activity professionals. We are looking for enthusiastic business-minded people with a passion for sport to launch their own business under our franchise model.

The three-week initial induction course covers a comprehensive selection of topics including product and orientation, sales, business and finance, delivery, recruitment and marketing. In addition to the classroom environment you will attain a selection of practical external activity qualifications.
Upon successful completion of the induction course the franchisee will have the knowledge and accreditation to engage and deliver in schools. Ongoing core training is available as part of the franchise package.
Daily Life of a Franchisee
The role of a Premier Sport franchisee is wide and diverse. It combines the opportunity to do the fun and rewarding element, delivering structured sessions in schools and inspiring children through sporting activity. It also combines the ability to build a scalable business through managing and motivating a team of activity professionals. The franchisee is also expected to engage directly with schools, educational and sport professionals to grow the business.

Gary had a globetrotting career as a diplomat, but he always retained a pssion for rugby - that passion led him to Premier Sport where he learnt that inspiring children was his best move forward.
Thinus is a rugby union wing and fullback player who played for Gloucester, the Worcester Warriors and South Africa. He's a regular guest commentator on Sky Sports and has enormous experience coaching rugby at senior national club level, including developing young players.
Tony joined Premier Sport with a true passion for health and physical activity. His active lifestyle started at the beginning of his career when he was deployed as a commando in the Royal Marines.
