Radfield Home Care provide domiciliary care services to elderly clients in their own homes. We offer support with meals, personal care, shopping, medication, companionship and getting out and about.

The domiciliary elderly care market is booming due to the ageing population and an insufficient number of high quality care providers which creates a big opportunity to grow individual home care branches across the country.

Franchise Overview

The Radfield Home Care franchise opportunity launched in June 2016. We have four company-owned branches and one franchisee-owned territory.

We have territories available across the UK and are actively seeking franchisees to join our network at the outset of our franchise opportunity. There are many advantages to joining a network early on - greater opportunities to build a bigger business by owning more than one territory and to establish training centres to support other branches in the network.

Our franchisee training programme is extremely comprehensive and tailor-made to each franchisee - two weeks of classroom and practical training at head office initially to support you with the establishment phase of your business, followed by a further two weeks at your location as your business launches and starts to grow.

Our ongoing support is second to none and we are always available to assist you with whatever you need.

Daily Life of a Franchisee

A Radfield Home Care franchisee's day-to-day work life is extremely varied and there are never two days the same. Whilst there is plenty of office-based work to be done - planning rotas, setting up care packages etc – there are also plenty of opportunities to get out and about: visiting a prospective client, doing a covert spot check on a staff member or marketing your business.
