Case Study - Angus Kerr

Angus Kerr - The PC Support Group FranchiseeEdinburgh franchisee Angus Kerr agrees that the support he received from the outset is second to none.

Angus ran a small computer consultancy business in his spare time until he took voluntary redundancy from his then employer HBOS in November 2008 and started to look for a computer service franchise.

He said: "I was very impressed from the moment I met The PC Support Group guys - professional, honest and supportive.

"They gave me a test to prove my skills. I was impressed they were so selective. They were also happy for me to speak to other franchisees about their experiences.

"The training exceeded my expectations – the course was well structured, had plenty of variety and was delivered in a professional manner.

"The support and back office systems allow access to advanced technology that would not have been possible to purchase as a small business.

"My franchise is now growing well and I have complete support from the directors and other franchisees. My belief is that I would have never had moved as quickly or efficiently without being part of The PC Support Group."
