Training

New franchisees with Venture go through a 6-8 week training period, which is designed to give them the technical knowledge of how to effectively run a Venture Photography studio.  The training is split into each area of the Venture customer experience, and is conducted in a combination of classroom training and at trading studios.

In conjunction with this all photographers complete the Venture training program to ensure that they can shoot to the required Venture standard

Daily Life of a Franchisee

Internally: managing a small team of typically 6-8 people in a studio environment with the objective of delivering a fantastic photography experience, excellent customer service and a high-quality end product, combined with managing the business against a simple set of performance indicators.

Externally: marketing the local area and building relationships with retail partners to ensure that the studio generates enough quality customers to meet volume targets.
