An excellent start for new franchise owners! 25/09/2011 10:10

Caremark franchisees: Joe Daly, Anna Wilson and Sanjay PancholiCaremark’s newest group of franchise owners have just completed their initial training course and have achieved the highest on average results yet of any group to go through the course, with percentages coming through in the 90’s.  Sanjay Pancholi, Anna Wilson and Joe Daly were the latest new recruits to successfully pass their Franchise Owner Training course.

The Franchise Training Course is designed to comprehensively cover all aspects of business development and the delivery of service, giving the new franchise owners a thorough grounding in the business and the skills to confidently launch their new business from day one, once they have obtained their registration with the Care Quality Commission.

Sanjay comes into Caremark having had a strong and successful management background in both the recruitment industry and as a Business Start up Manager for Business Link, Leceistershire.

“The course venue was excellent” Sanjay Pancholi commented, “and the Head Office team could not have been more accommodating.  I found the course facilitator excellent and there was a good balance between theory and ‘testing’ an understanding”.

Sanjay will opening an office in Charnwood, Leicestershire.

Joe Daly and Anna Wilson will be opening an office in Enfield.  Whilst Joe has had a background in management and more recently the Care sector, Anna has worked as an editor in various sectors.  Both Joe and Anna are very excited about their new business and are looking forward to opening their office in Enfield.

If their current results are anything to go by, this group will be off to a flying start!
