Belvoir scoops top Franchise Marketing Award 07/03/2011 03:44

BevloirMarketingAwardBelvoir was delighted to receive the top award for best overall marketing campaign in the Franchise Marketing Awards (FMA) 2011.

The FMA, which is supported by the British Franchise Association (bfa) recognises the industry’s most innovative and effective marketing campaigns.

Judged by an independent panel of experts, FMA rewards organisations that have raised their public awareness and as a result have achieved sustainable growth.

Belvoir’s entry, which focused on its highly successfully brand refresh, fought off stiff competition, including that of some huge corporate businesses, to win the top award, which was presented to them at The British & International Franchise Exhibition in London.

Belvoir MD, Dorian Gonsalves said: “This is fantastic news and a major tribute to the hard work of Belvoir’s marketing manager, Reena Patel, who initiated the brand refresh. It is also testimony to Belvoir’s decision to increase rather than cut back on its marketing budget throughout the recession.

“Winning the prestigious FMA award will be a major boost for the recruitment and franchise support team. Belvoir is continuing to invest in marketing and has many ambitious plans for the months ahead. We hope that this award will be one of many that Belvoir wins in 2011.”
