Caremark has announced a trio of new appointments; Craig Henthorn has joined the business as managing director whilst Jo Oyama and Karen Pennington have both become regional support managers.
Craig has over 15 years’ experience of the franchising sector and previously worked for Metro Rod as franchise director where his work covered areas including recruitment, operations, business development, technical support, health and safety and quality improvements. Prior to this Craig worked at Safe Clean and Furniture Pro recruiting for the two boards of franchisees.
In line with Caremark’s recent rapid expansion – the network now extends across 71 offices – two new regional support manager positions were created. The southern region will be looked after by Jo Oyama and will cover 15 franchise territories. Jo previously worked for the Third Sector Consortium as a regional manager for London and the South East, working with charities and the social enterprises to deliver employability contracts.
Karen Pennington has joined Caremark as the new regional support manager for the northern region. Karen, who has been a franchise owner herself for Pitman Training, has over 10 years’ experience in franchising. She also has experience of the care sector having had involvement in her family’s care home business.
