The new franchisees are Alison Livingston in Plymouth; Garry and Jayne Costain in Thanet; and Alison Hedley and Susan Westbury in Lancaster & South Lakeland.

Alison Livingston reflected on her two weeks of intensive training: “I really enjoyed the course and learning about all the different policies and procedures. It was good to meet all the staff at central support, as well as the other new franchisees; there is no better time to start networking! Now I am looking forward to starting my business and becoming the best home care provider in Plymouth and taking Caremark into the south west.”

Following their two-week residential training course, the new franchisees will be busy preparing their offices whilst they wait for their registration with the Care Quality Commission.
