CaremarkLocal home care company, Caremark (Chelmsford & Uttlesford) underwent an inspection recently by their local authority’s Quality Improvement Team.

A highly detailed inspection was carried out at the offices of the care company, using the Association of Directors Adult Social Services (ADASS) workbook with every detail double checked against printed files and online records.

I would like to thank you for your time and the hard work your service has put into ensuring that the service users in your service have the best quality of care in Essex.”

“I am sure you can appreciate we are all delighted,” said Tanya George, “the inspection was so thorough, almost forensic, so we are really pleased with the result.
