Expense Reduction Analysts UK and Ireland have just announced their results for 2010-11 and have seen a 36% increase in franchisee revenue over the last two years, despite the economic crisis which has affected so many businesses globally.

Following this fantastic growth, the cost, purchase & supplier management franchise is not resting on its laurels as its franchisees witnessed at the recent 2011 National Conference with the unveiling of their five year strategic plan, to further grow the business.

The plan, which has been 12 months in the making, was put together by the Advisory Board (ten leading franchisees and the franchisor) and lays out the vision that will strengthen this exceptional growth in revenue and continue to break records well into the future.

The two day conference was attended by over 140 existing franchisees  with tailored sessions, including a half day training on consultative selling run by Miller Heiman, project specialist workshops and a supplier exhibition. The event culminated in a black tie gala dinner and award ceremony.

A number of special awards were presented to franchise owners who have excelled in 2011. Simon Perkins won New Consultant of the Year, Adam Wheatley received the Outstanding Achievement award and Derek Hodd won the Highest Income Earner. The 2011 Consultant of the Year award went to David Keating.
