Franchise ROI Yields Increase to 16%

Property Investment Franchise Platinum Property Partners announce the continued success of their franchise model.
Platinum Property Partners 2010 Key Performance Indicators have shown that Return on Investment yields are now at 16%. This is a 1.5% improvement from 14.5% the year before.
The KPI increase indicates PPP’s Franchise Partners (franchisees) are receiving higher returns than expected. PPP’s dedication to continued development and mentoring of all those involved in the franchise, including franchisees continues to boost the success of the company.
PPP currently has over 80 Franchise Partners operating in 55 towns and cities across the UK.
