With over 22 years insurance experience, and having been a franchisee in the past, he has an understanding of the franchise market. Steve mentions that insurance is one area for franchisors/franchisees that seems to be a bit ‘hit & miss’ and is looking forward to assisting franchisors & franchisees in making sure their cover is correct.
