Caremark, the homecare franchisor, has added a new manager to its already successful franchise recruitment team, as part of its growth strategy for 2012/2013. Peter Carlile joins the Caremark team and brings with him a wealth of experience in franchising and business development.
Peter has more than 20 years of experience in franchising, in both the UK and Canada, as well as working as a business development executive for Pricewaterhouse Coopers, dealing with companies ranging from start-up to those with a £120 million turnover. He has previously worked with another home care provider, re-developing their franchise model.
“I am passionate about franchising and the opportunities it brings for individuals looking for a change of direction. New business owners benefit from buying into a strong support system, a tried and tested model and a sound methodology,” Peter said.
