In-toto Kitchens names national franchise manager 20/06/2012 08:54

Steve Saunders: going nationalSteve Saunders has been promoted to national franchise manager for In-toto Kitchens after joining the high street kitchen retailer as area franchise manager almost a decade ago.

Steve, 50, will take responsibility for the growth and development of each of the 45 UK In-toto showrooms. His primary focus is to harmonise the national and regional marketing campaigns for the kitchen franchise. To complement this, he has recently introduced ‘best practice’ workshops for retailers in the north, south and midlands to meet and share business expertise. Since his appointment Steve has hosted two In-toto workshops and introduced a social media strategy into the marketing structure.

Steve said: “After a decade working as area franchise manager for the south, I feel privileged to be responsible for the growth and success of every single showroom. Each store is different and brings something unique to the growing In-toto brand. The ‘best practice’ workshops will provide retailers with an additional support network where they can learn from each other in a stimulating environment.

“In-toto franchisees include couples, families and talented individuals - all with a passion for kitchens, a keen eye for design and a determination to make a positive lifestyle change. With our highest number of business enquiries ever, I’m looking forward to helping In-toto continue into its third decade of kitchen design success,” Steve added.
Steve spent 14 years as a training and account manager at the Symphony Group before joining In-toto Kitchens in 2003.
