BCR Associates has continued its growth strategy with the appointment of two new franchisees, Sally Cattle from Northamptonshire and Steve Charles from Swansea. The new recruits mean BCR has seen its franchise network increase by over 300% in the last 12 months.

Sally met with BCR Associates at a franchise exhibition in February and took the company up on its innovative ‘try before you buy’ scheme before committing to taking on a franchise. Sally was able to impress upon a primary school that was moving to academy status the value of the BCR Associates service, and went on to save them 50%, or £25,000, on their energy bills. The success of this project was more than enough for Sally to make the decision to join BCR Associates, following a previous career running her own management consultancy business. Prior to this she worked for over 20 years in the retail sector, within the commercial trading divisions of various blue-chip organisations.

Steve joins BCR Associates with a wealth of independent financial advisor experience to draw upon, having run his own successful IFA consultancy for the last 15 years, offering financial services to domestic clients in the Swansea region.
