Property investment experts Steve Bolton and Nick Carlile have made it onto Amazon's best seller list with their book “The 7 Biggest Mistakes Made by Property Investors and How to Avoid Them”.

The book is currently ranked 7th in the Property & Real Estate section of Amazon: a fantastic achievement when considering the vast volume of books on offer and sold by a market leading, internationally recognised website like Amazon.

The book shares the secrets and techniques Steve and Nick have learnt to create their own financial freedom through property. The book continues to teach readers of the common (most costly) mistakes made by inexperienced investors, offering guidance on how to avoid unwise investment and losing money.

The book was updated in the early part of this year, adding two new chapters. Nick Carlile said of the latest edition and its inclusion into the best-selling section of Amazon's Property & Real Estate books: “It is an honour and a privilege to know that our book is being read by so many people, and to be so popular in such a competitive and strong category.”
