Franchise case studies

The British Franchise Association (bfa) has a large number of case studies of franchisees (those operating the individual businesses) and franchisors (the brand/network owners) from across the industry.

You will find on our directory of franchisor members many of the listings will have case studies from their network connected to their listing. However, we also have many other case studies that we are gathering on a continual basis for other work.

If you are working on a story or article and are looking for franchisees in certain areas of the country, with particular backgrounds, or in specific industries, then we can help.
Contact us on press@thebfa.org and tell us the following:

Context of the story/article
Your name
The Publication
Type of case study required
Timeframe

We will always endeavour to help with your enquiries where possible, but in some cases the requirements may be too specific or timeframes too small. In these cases we will try to find the closest possible match.
