Claromentis 11: Franchise software vendor releases major update

18/06/2026

Franchise management software vendor, Claromentis, is thrilled to launch its latest AI-powered release, Claromentis 11.

This update marks a significant milestone in the company’s history.

“We’ve been developing solutions that make a tangible difference to businesses – especially those within the franchise space – for over 25 years,” says Nigel Davies, CEO at Claromentis. “Claromentis 11 builds upon this legacy. Our new AI features and Locations application empower franchises to streamline operations, improve compliance and consistency, and get complete clarity into network performance.”

What’s new in Claromentis 11?

As well as improving existing functionality, the Claromentis team have developed and perfected a suite of innovative new features.

Here are the highlights:

1. AI search

Every week, franchisees waste hours of valuable time searching for information, whether it’s a specific SOP or a recent news update from headquarters.

Claromentis already goes a long way to solving this problem by centralizing communications, training, and operations in one platform. But the AI search functionality takes things a step further.

Franchisees can find the precise information they need, whenever they need it, in seconds. All they have to do is enter a query and the system will give them a list of relevant links and, if applicable, a concise overview.

Here are a few things to note about the AI:

  • Unlike traditional keyword-based search, AI search understands the intent behind every request. There’s no need to worry about typing accurate queries; the AI reads between the lines.
  • It only indexes information stored within the Claromentis portal. This eliminates the chance of fabricated outputs or “AI hallucinations”, as seen with many open AI tools.
  • Overviews will only appear when the system is confident enough to provide them. When it isn’t, traditional search results will be displayed.
  • It works in tandem with the Claromentis permissions system and security framework. This means users will only receive links and content summaries that correspond to their access rights.
  • Admins can access a complete audit log of search requests for security and regulatory purposes.

2. AI chat assistant

Available throughout the Claromentis portal, the AI chat assistant enables franchisees to ask questions, request accurate summaries, and find links to training materials, user profiles, dashboards, and more. They also have the ability to access a complete chat history, should they need to revisit any past conversations.

Similar to AI search, the assistant respects security and permissions settings, ensuring sensitive information never falls into the wrong hands.

As an added benefit, franchisors can connect the AI to the Claromentis customer support portal, Discover. This allows users to ask product-related questions and get clear, Claromentis-approved answers — all without leaving their site. This will come as welcome news to HQ teams, who often juggle a steady stream of franchisee support requests during the onboarding stages.

3. ‘Locations’ performance dashboards

Locations is a dashboard-style application that consolidates performance data for every location, brand, department, and/or region in a franchise system. Making it easy to monitor unit-by-unit operations in real-time, flag instances of non-compliance, and keep track of sales trends.

A standard Locations dashboard displays:

  • Location address, territory details, and contact information
  • Staff profiles
  • Operational overviews and SOP summaries
  • Recent internal communication updates
  • Training completions
  • NPS scores
  • Financial and sales data
  • Policy and SOP acceptance rates
  • Custom operational data

Security and user experience is baked into the application’s framework. Franchisors can tightly control access rights, data visibility, and displays with granular user permissions settings, ensuring franchisees only see information that’s relevant to their unit or responsibilities.

Though Locations is new to Claromentis 11, a few eager franchisors have already been testing the application behind the scenes.

Speaking of this collaborative effort, Nigel comments:

“It was important for us to make Locations as valuable as possible for the franchise market. Collaboration was key to achieving this. We consulted a number of our franchise customers during the development process, and provided beta versions for their HQ teams to test. The response has been phenomenal so far. There’s nothing quite like Locations in the franchise software market, and customers are already seeing measurable efficiency gains. We’re excited to see where this leads.”

4. Multi-directory synchronisation

Last, but certainly not least, is Claromentis’s multi-directory synchronisation capabilities,  which allow franchises with multiple Azure AD tenants to converge their users in one Claromentis license.

This is particularly useful for multi-brand networks, franchises with diverse ownership models, and systems that grow by acquisition.

One hub to scale your franchise network

Claromentis makes franchise management simple. With just one solution, franchisors can centralize their knowledge, standardize their operations and onboarding procedures, and get total clarity into unit performance.

Claromentis 11’s new AI features enhance the effectiveness of the platform and enable franchisees to self-service information quickly, no matter where they are.
