Ableworld UK Ltd, the UK’s largest mobility retailer, are delighted to have recently completed a Treble of award successes, all scooped within a very exciting three-week period.
Ableworld UK picked up their first accolade at the South Cheshire Business Awards 2021 as they were announced winners of the ‘Business of the Year (25+ employees)’ category. Ableworld were thrilled to be presented the award that was sponsored by South Cheshire College South & West, by Simon Weston CBE. The award came as Ableworld remained open throughout the Coronavirus pandemic, helping their customers through home delivery and demonstrations.
The second award success came as Ableworld UK entered the ‘Which? Trusted Trader of the Month’ competition for December 2021. After a strict criteria and application process, Ableworld were delighted to be crowned the winners, with judges’ comments stating ‘The amount of charity work that the company has done is extremely impressive and so lovely to read about – It shows Ableworld is a company that really cares and shares the same values as Which?’. Ableworld are proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader for their Stairlift and Engineering work, giving their customers the confidence they are shopping with a reputable trader.
Handicare ‘Retailer of the Year 2021’ came as Ableworld’s third award in quick succession, as Handicare hosted their Virtual partner day. The session welcomed Stairlift suppliers from across the UK to share in their achievements of the past 12 months, with Ableworld being announced as the overall Retailer of the Year. Ableworld’s highly skilled Stairlift department look after their customers from install to beyond, with installation, servicing and repair work all offered. Ableworld are proud to listen to their customers needs and give honest advice on what Stairlift is best for them, a trait that has led to them winning their most recent award. Ableworld are delighted with their three recent award successes as it reflects on what has been a positive year for the business. Despite the ongoing uncertainty of the Coronavirus pandemic, Ableworld have continued to grow in store numbers and staff in 2021. The company now look forward to another successful year in 2022, with exciting new mobility products and further store openings on the horizon.
