Ableworld expands to North Wales and Blackpool

Ableworld, the country’s leading Mobility & Stairlift Retailer, are expanding their store map once again with two new stores opening on 10th September located in Queensferry, North Wales and Blackpool.

The stores will become the 37th and 38th in the Ableworld Group, and a welcome addition alongside our Chester and Southport stores in the North West.  Both new stores will stock the full range of mobility products as well as a large stairlift demonstration area, to accommodate all customer’s needs. As with all other stores, they will offer the same outstanding customer service, as well as providing first-class engineering and servicing work.

Queensferry will be the 4th Ableworld store in North Wales and aims to provide a local service for the surrounding area in addition to the Chester, Wrexham, Llandudno and Rhyl stores.

Blackpool is an additional Joint Venture store with Barry Pearson following on from his store success stories in Hyde, Salford, Southport, St Helens, Wavertree, and Wigan. Barry will be opening the new Blackpool store and taking up this exciting new venture in a highly popular location.

Both new large stores will open whilst the celebratory 20-year Birthday Sale is on until 26th September. There are some superb sale offers available in all stores and online for the Birthday Sale, including £200 off all Road scooters and Riser recliner chairs from only £299*.

Mike Williams, Managing Director at Ableworld explained “We are very much looking forward to opening the doors and welcoming all existing and new customers into both new stores.

We pride ourselves on helping to support vulnerable people, never more so than staying open all the way through COVID which meant we were able to get products out to the people who needed them. Opening additional stores enables us to extend our services to more customers and support the local community”.
