Fees are only payable once membership has been offered and accepted; there is no cost attached to the bfa's accreditation process, nor is there a 'joining fee'.

Additional Brand fees

For Franchisor Members these are charged as a percentage of the relevant banding the brand falls into and may be paid with the same options as all fees. A sliding scale of fees is applied for second and subsequent additional brands:
- 1st additional brand: 50% of the relevant banding
- 2nd additional brand: 25% of the relevant banding
- 3rd and other additional brand: 10% of the relevant banding

Corporate category

Additional Brand fees
For Affiliate Members these are charged at 50% of the Affiliate Corporate category fees.

Subscription fees for Franchisee Members

These are charged at £10.00 + VAT per month, collected by monthly by direct debit, with no minimum subscription period.
