Loft storage franchise Access4Lofts are celebrating the success of their latest franchisee training week which was presented by Directors Graham Ormesher and Lindsay Brown.
The course took place in May 2018 on site at their dedicated training centre in Dudley, Birmingham where new Plymouth franchisee Dave Rees and North Hampshire franchisee Pete Conneely spent the week taking part in a mixture of classroom based and hand’s on training.
The week started with a bespoke health and safety course delivered by Paul Latham CEO of PB Training Services. This was followed by a photo shoot by multi award winning professional photographer James Neale for the franchisee marketing materials, website and social media accounts.
The rest of the week saw franchisees spending their time between the classroom (learning about the marketing systems that have made the existing Access4Lofts franchisees so successful, how to use and update their website and how to use the bespoke admin system) and the purpose built training area learning about loft hatch cutting modification and installation, loft ladder fitting, loft boarding and light installation.
The training course was rounded off by a presentation by Danbro accountants who provided training in the Quickbooks accounting system and provide accounting support such as VAT returns, annual accounts, tax returns and payroll services.
Finally, it was time to send the new franchisees on their way with their signwritten vans stacked high with all the power tools and uniform they receive as part of the franchise fee meaning they’re fully equipped to start earning money immediately.
However, it certainly isn’t ‘adios’ to these franchisees as they have a dedicated regional director who will be offering hands on support during their first few installations.
