NMW is a niche franchise legal practice run by Nina Moran-Watson, a qualified solicitor specialising in business format franchising.  Nina has been involved in franchising for more than 30 years and is recognised as an established expert in the field.  Nina has developed a highly competitive practise in franchisee reports and has recently launched a separate website www.franchiseagreement.reviews  which is dedicated to this service. Nina has served the British Franchise Association (bfa) as a member of the Policy Board, Legal Committee, Chair of the bfa’s Affiliate Forum  and Legal Advisor to the Quality Standards Committee.

Vicki Mitman joined the firm as a consultant solicitor in April 2018 to strengthen the specialist franchise offering.  Since qualifying as a solicitor, Vicki has continuously practised in franchising and has worked with a wide variety of franchise and corporate clients.  Vicki has a strong personal background in franchising, both as a director of an international franchisor and a franchise lawyer, meaning that her advice is commercial and realistic.  She is a Qualified Franchise Professional and has served as Chair of the bfa’s Affiliate Forum and on the bfa’s Membership Committee.  In her other roles, Vicki advises on the creation and updating of franchise operations manuals and is an Executive Performance Coach with a passion for helping organisations and individuals to achieve their best potential.
