Belvoir Lettings has announced a new partnership with online landlord forum Property Tribes as it continues to focus on providing useful, free information to landlords and buy-to-let investors.
Property Tribes was founded in February 2009 by husband and wife team Vanessa Warwick and Nick Tadd, who are also successful residential landlords. The site is now ‘powered by’ the lettings franchise to help maintain and develop it to better serve the community.
“Belvoir are pleased to support Property Tribes,” says Dorian Gonsalves, CEO of Belvoir. “We’ve monitored the evolution of the forum since the early days and seen how it has grown into a highly-engaged and supportive community for landlords, investors, and property professionals. Property Tribes is a great place to learn, grow, socialise and share in an authentic and professional environment focused on best practice and high levels of service in the landlord arena.”
The companies already had a history of working collaboratively, with Glenn Wakeham of Belvoir Guildford recently providing a series of property- and location-related interviews for the site.
“I met Vanessa and Nick a couple of years ago,” he explains. “The couple live in Guildford and have a lot of properties all around the country. They asked me to do a ‘Focus on Guildford’ feature. I then did another interview about the benefits of SAFE Agent, of which Belvoir is a founder member, and a third interview on the importance of inventories.”
Dorian added: “The property market is an exciting and challenging place at the moment and Belvoir is delighted to be embracing technology and joining forces with Property Tribes in order to help landlords.”
