Right at Home’s Chief Operating Officer, Lucy Campbell, achieved the ultimate personal accolade in November, winning Woman Franchisor of the Year at the 2020 EWiF awards.
Lucy considers her role at multi-award-winning homecare franchise Right at Home her perfect match. Joining as Senior Business Support Manager in 2015, in just six months she was promoted to Operations Director before her appointment to COO in 2019, overseeing a network of 60+ offices.
Her mission is to ensure that Right at Home is recognised as an exemplar operation, for quality homecare and ethical franchising, and the network is certainly making great strides to achieve this. It boasts impressive regulatory results, standing as the only major homecare brand with 100% of its inspected offices in England rated Good or Outstanding by the regulator for health and social care. Giving back to the sector, Lucy also sits on the board of the United Kingdom Home Care Association.
Lucy says: “I am incredibly passionate about all things franchising and supporting people to achieve both their business and personal goals. So, getting to do what I love, in such a rewarding sector where we are truly making a difference to our Clients’ lives, I feel very fortunate to get the best of both worlds.”
Lucy has been instrumental in successfully navigating the network through the many challenges of the pandemic and as such, Right at Home achieved its most successful year to date, with month-on-month growth. In addition, Right at Home was the recipient of a Best Franchise Award earlier this year.

The network has shown incredible resilience and come together like never before to ensure those most vulnerable have continued to receive the very best care at home, at a time when they have never needed our support more. It really has been a fantastic example of the power of franchising.”
