Jenna is our amazing Business Development Executive, her role is to help our network of franchisees maximise their sale opportunities, by supporting them to they differentiate themselves from the competition, deliver outstanding customer service and offer an enhanced experience to the customer whilst maximising their profit.
Jenna is the heart and face of our support team, with over eighteen years working in the travel industry as an independent travel advisor, she fully understands the franchisees role, and guides them on the best suppliers to use, based on destination or type of holidays, as well as helping the franchisee to move an enquiry into a sale.
Sourcing and leading our supplier training sessions, to ensure the team have detailed knowledge on our core suppliers, as well as seeking additional opportunities with tourist boards, airlines and airports, she continually ensures the team have up to date knowledge, which in turns helps them close sales.
She can be faced with any type of requests from technical support to being a shoulder to cry on, she does it all.
Supporting twenty-two different travel businesses is a challenge, yet she is always positive with a smile on her face, delivers exceptional guidance and support and has navigated the team through COVID, the biggest and most daunting challenge that has ever been experienced in the travel industry, supporting on amendments, saving sales and cancellations and refunds, whilst home schooling three children.
We are proud to have her in the team and thankful for all she does for the franchisees and the head office team to, we would be lost without her.
