Tracey Sellers, a new SmartPA Partner who has joined SmartPA from a place of redundancy as a result of Covid-19, talks about her experience:
“My journey with SmartPA has been nothing but tremendous from the team, from the very start, from my initial enquiry. All along the journey there has been someone there to help me and to ensure that I had all the information necessary to ensure that becoming a SmartPA partner is for me. SmartPA provides you with all the information needed to make an informed decision, such as set up costs, what to expect when to become a partner. You are encouraged to speak to other partners who have been through the journey for an unbiased view on what the training entails and what life as a SmartPA partner is like.
As you would expect setting up a business on your own is quite daunting, however so far on my journey, I have not felt as if I am on my own. I am currently working through my training programme to become an accredited SmartPA. I cannot wait to become accredited and continue on the next part of my journey, with the knowledge that I have support from head office and my SmartPA partners.”
Nige Sterrick, is an establish SmartPA Partner who has continued to support businesses throughout Covid-19:
“My clients have been amazing during Covid! For as much as I have supported them, they have supported me both professionally and personally and I genuinely feel like I’m part of their teams, regardless of working remotely. I’m included in all online team meetings which often include fancy dress, quizzes, etc which has been key for morale! My advice for someone on their franchise journey during these times would be to make sure you communicate more than ever! Whether my clients are being supported for 10 hours a month or 65, they’ve all continued to check in with me and I’ve done the same for them. Communication has been everything. That is how to create and maintain long-term business relationships!”
