Kerry joined the Rainbow International business as Franchise Director in February 2020. If there is ever a time to join a business at the helm of the franchise operation, it is a few weeks before the pandemic brings a countrywide lockdown into place! Never to be deterred Kerry has made a huge impact on the operational side of the franchise model already!
Kerry has an abundance of experience from within the franchising industry, something that has really bolstered the offering Rainbow International provides their franchisees. This information and knowledge has really helped shape the work her teams are delivering on a daily basis to the Rainbow franchise network. Kerry is a true business leader, and she instils the confidence in her staff to be leaders in their field of work also. Under the leadership of Kerry, one of her teams has been shortlisted for an award in the ISS UK Leadership awards, one of her managers has been shortlisted for this year’s EWiF awards along with one of Rainbow’s franchisees and last year 3 of her franchisees were shortlisted for prestigious industry awards. This is absolute kudos to the work Kerry does in not only building the confidence of her staff, but also building recognition for the great work her teams and the franchise network deliver.
The time Kerry has been part of the Rainbow International business may be short, but the impact she has already had on the operations of the business have been monumental, and this will only continue in the years to come.
