The first quarter of the year has seen a number of internal promotions within the Caremark Central Support team.
Claire Collins has been promoted to franchise recruitment manager, after recently joining as franchise recruitment co-ordinator. Having spent over 30 years in recruitment, training and business development, she brings a wealth of experience to her new role. Claire said: “I am excited by my new challenge. Recruiting people into a business that meets their personal and business goals is going to be extremely rewarding.
“I believe my background in developing businesses and people in both the private and public sector will bring relevant and forward thinking ideas to each person’s individual challenges. I am looking forward to helping people work through the research and early stages of starting their home care franchise experience.”
Karen Pennington was promoted to national support manager for the Caremark franchised network. Formerly the regional support manager for the north, Karen joined the company in July 2011. Her new role will see her utilising her knowledge and expertise of franchising and the care industry, gained over many years, to the benefit of her team and all their franchisees.
Meanwhile James Lewis has been promoted to project manager, having previously worked on international business for the company. James’s interest in web design and functionality has seen him diversify his skills and work with outside professionals on designing and creating new and improved websites for the company’s activities.
