Caremark rewards its top franchisees through Platinum Club event

National home care provider Caremark Limited rewards its top performing franchisees for their innovation, hard work and growth of their businesses through an incentive scheme called The Platinum Club, which offers quality rewards to the network on a quarterly basis. Franchisees qualify for the club either through nomination from the area support team, or for consistent excellent performance in their business.

The events on offer usually focus on a visit to a prestigious location with a day of pre-arranged activities, followed by a gourmet lunch or dinner. This enables participants to relax together in an exclusive environment and enjoy the company of fellow franchisees, whilst taking time out from their franchise business and celebrating their success.

The most recent Platinum Club event has just taken place, with nine franchisees enjoying a day of luxury, relaxation and an overnight stay at the luxury Coombe Abbey Hotel in Warwickshire. They were joined by Kevin Lewis, CEO of Caremark, Anne O’Rourke, operations director and Karen Pennington, national support manager as the special day began with the tough task of tasting fine wines.

The group was then divided into teams and based on what they had sampled and learnt from the wine tasting session, they were then presented with some old world and some new world wines and they had to identify the wine and its place of origin.

A private gourmet dinner then followed with the group enjoying fine dining in one of the beautifully restored rooms in the Walnut Suite.

Sue Hills, MD of Caremark (Mid-Sussex), commented: “The dining experience was intimate and felt like we were in someone’s own private home. My only regret is that I did not stay longer!”

Three of the Feature Rooms were allocated to those franchisees in the group who had not only returned consistently excellent results in their businesses but also gave strong support within the network, particularly with assisting candidates researching the franchise opportunity.

Karen Precious, director of Caremark (East Riding), said: “Our room was amazing and the sumptuous four poster bed sat quite high, which required quite a leap to get on to it! We felt like we were taking part in a costume drama. It was a very special event.”

The Platinum Club scheme has given Caremark franchisees extra incentive to keep building their businesses and enjoy a well-earned day of luxury and relaxation. The December event is currently being planned and no doubt will prove to be every bit as popular as this last one!
