Celebrating the latest batch of Qualified Franchise Professionals

With another successful bfa Annual Conference completed, several bfa members can now proudly call themselves Qualified Franchise Professionals. Gaining this coveted certificate demonstrates the bfa members’ commitment to understanding the complexities and best practice in franchising, as well as dedication to continuously develop their own knowledge and experience. 

This formal recognition from the bfa is well-established as the foremost qualification available to an individual in the franchising industry, and is awarded to those who are enthusiastic about improving business effectiveness and support for themselves and their franchisees.

Get on your way to becoming a Qualified Franchise Professional
To start your QFP qualification, please visit the QFP section. There are four core compulsory courses, along with other workshops to help you acquire your QFP status, all held at the bfa offices in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The next course dates are: 

  •   How to Monitor Franchisee Performance: Thursday 20th September
  •  How to Understand Franchisees Financial Performance: Wednesday 24th & Thursday 25th September
  •  How to Motivate Franchisees: Thursday 22nd November
