Firstly, I hope you are keeping well and had a decent break over the long weekend. I am very conscious of the volume of emails hitting everyone’s inboxes at the moment, so for now, we are continuing to compile everything in a weekly update for you. Naturally, our focus has been on introducing new initiatives to support the franchising sector and you during COVID-19.

Last week we launched to you, and the wider franchise sector, our COVID-19 Survey to assess the impact on franchise businesses as a whole. I thank those of you that have already completed this and urge those that haven’t, to please send 5 minutes of your time to complete this – https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/franchisingandcovid19 – it is so important we have this information so we can lobby where change is needed.
Today has also seen the launch of our weekly ‘Franchisor Power Hour’. As the UK’s only standards based association, we wanted to develop a platform that is inclusive and open to all franchisors to problem solve at pace with leading industry experts. Our mission is about promoting and protecting franchising and there are businesses, that may indeed be Members of the future, that also need our help now.
Lunch & Learn
On Tuesday, 5th May, we have our second ‘Lunch & Learn’ of the year on Creating High Performing Teams.
