This is a General Meeting for bfa members only.

The British Franchise Association is hosting a Virtual General Meeting on Wednesday, 5th October to propose a special resolution to change the Articles of Association.

The Board of the bfa have been reviewing how to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the association’s governance structure, whilst preserving its fundamental roles as a Member Association, a regulatory body and a service provider. The proposal will see the existing Board of Directors reduce in numbers from 20 people to 10 people together with the addition of a formal Legal Committee.
