Belvoir, the UK’s largest High Street franchised network of residential lettings and estate agents, is delighted to announce that David Newton, former IT and Marketing Director of Newton Fallowell, has been promoted to Group IT and Marketing Director across Belvoir’s four core brands.
David, who has over 15 years of experience working in estate agency franchising, will be focusing on marketing and IT integration across all four brands within the Group – Belvoir, Newton Fallowell, Northwood and Goodchilds.
Dorian Gonsalves, CEO of Belvoir said: “I would like to congratulate David on his promotion, and know that his valuable experience and skills will be a tremendous asset to the Group. David’s new role will include working towards implementing the new Group software and CRM strategy, as well as integrating it with the Group’s IT infrastructure to help drive efficiency and streamline franchisee business operations. David will also be overseeing the marketing teams at Central Office and will be responsible for the marketing outputs, as well as maintaining high brand standards across the networks.”
Speaking of his new role, David said: “The bigger projects that I will be working on will include improvements to the websites to help convert more leads for our franchisees, integration of the property management software with our other software providers, as well as Brook Financial Services and MAB Gloucester to help drive more mortgage appointments on behalf of our franchisees.
“The challenge regarding technology is to keep ahead of the competition, ensure improvements to the customer journey, increase transparency and help our franchisees to automate as many tasks in the process; giving more time for business generation and customer service. I am very much looking forward to this new role, and working with a fantastic team, so that we can further develop Belvoir’s marketing strategy to benefit all of our clients, as well as our shareholders and all franchisees.”
