Franchise Overview

Earn an income of 120K in the first year and 250K in the second year. How is this possible? Place a candidate with an annual salary of 50.000 while charging the client a 20% fee earning you 10.000. Place a candidate each month and earn 120K yearly. It’s that simple. Share fees between existing offices with referrals of candidates which in return provides another source of income.

Daily Life of a franchisee

Running a professional recruitment business can be profitable and extremely rewarding. Becoming a respected ‘knowledge worker’ within your chosen industry and profession will enable you to develop trusted client relationships. At the same time, you will be focusing on the growth of your own company, coaching and developing your team and managing their performance. The role will involve business development and reaching out to clients to build your network.

With a Masters in Engineering and a solid career in the chemical industry which spanned 18 years, having fulfilled many executive roles such as Director of Business Development, Product Business Director and Sales & Commercial Marketing Director, it was time to go solo.  The business started in earnest and has not stopped on its strong growth trajectory.  Year 1 brought in sales of £157K and year 2 £194K.  Now in year 6, the business boasts turnover of £311K year to date (Jan 2021 to Nov 2021 figures).  This is a 54% increase from year 5 results of £203K.  The business is currently operated by a husband and wife duet, both concentrating on the chemical industry.  From their European base, they supply candidates to clients globally, with placements in countries such as USA, Korea and South Africa.

A highly committed and focused individual with a 11 year career a Pitney Bowes and many more years in similar companies, working as a General Manager, Director, Sales Director.  Joining Antal was perfectly timed and fitted well with life style choices.  This UK office operates with a niche focus on CM, CIM, CXM, CCM, Print, Print Finishing, Mail and Logistics.  Working from home, generating a comfortable level of income with the flexible part time hours, made Antal a resounding career choice.  Bearing in mind other commitments, being a sole trader with no plans for expansion, the results of the business have been consistent, all in the £90 – 100K mark, year on year.
