Avant Healthcare Services was created to provide quality, sustainable care services. Sally Graham started her first business in 1996 as a franchisee and quickly built up a highly successful multi-site operation covering 9 territories. Sally sold her business in 2010 and set up her new venture Avant Healthcare Services.
The Avant model is about choosing the right people, so we have a robust selection process prior to awarding a territory to a franchisee. It won’t be an easy process, but that’s because creating something special never is. We are determined to be the best rather than racing to be just the biggest, thus ensuring we grow through quality, rather than quantity.
Avant operates a highly comprehensive training programme over a 2-week period and covers operational and administrative areas of the business including sales and marketing, financial, structure of LAs, regulatory bodies, CQC inspections, full training on our rostering software system, business development and tendering.
Training will be classroom based with some workshops that will be conducted by our staff and “partners” to the business.
Avant will continually provide ongoing training and support together with regular reviews and workshop meetings throughout the year.
