We recognise the sheer importance of providing an outstanding training regime for franchisees, to ensure that their business is as successful as it can be. Within our programme, we offer four weeks of thorough business programme (flexible to times and dates), focusing on the different key elements of the business. We invite you into our head office for one week’s practical training, where you can experience the everyday management of the business.

Your overall training programme involves, but is not limited to:

Whilst your training focuses on the core elements to successful business management, we are flexible and allow franchisees to have open involvement within their training.

Daily Life of a franchisee

As a management franchise, a franchisee will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business, as well as overlooking the quality of care, looked over by the companies’ registered manager. You will be leading management, ensuring that all primary aspects and foundations of the business run smoothly, including human resources, marketing, finance, and operations.

A franchisee can expect to network closely with other businesses, run schemes and secure contracts, both on a local authority and private level. Franchisees will be managing the overall business, appointing departmental leads as their business progresses throughout their period of business ownership.
