Franchise Overview

eDivert has been offering office support services to businesses since 2014. With the increase in popularity of remote working, as well as most technology being available in the cloud, eDivert took the opportunity to turn its business model into a franchise network. Our unique model allows franchisees to start their business from home, which keeps start-up costs low.

eDivert franchisees each run their own limited company, but as they are not restricted to a geographical area, they have the possibility to work as a team, taking on work from each other and outsourcing to each other.

The induction training for new franchisees includes an online training that they can go through at their own pace, from the comfort of their own home. In the training, franchisees go through a set of building blocks to set up everything they need for their business. They learn how market themselves, how to get customers onboard and how to provide the services.

Additionally, every Monday Morning, head office organises a meeting via webinar which includes ongoing training to ensure all franchisees stay up-to-date with eDivert standards and developments within the industry.

Daily Life of a franchisee

Some franchisees run their business part-time and others run their business full-time. In both cases, the work is predominantly desk-based.

A typical work day will start with answering calls and live chats for your long-term customers throughout the day, while at the same time you may do some marketing on social media either for yourself or for a customer.

When you get too busy, you can work with a team of other people who will cover some of your work when you are not available.

Most of our franchisees go out to a business networking event once a week, to build relationships within their local area.
