Company Overview

Our unique and leading dessert café has experienced exceptional UK growth since 2017 when franchising started.  Our Heavenly brand offers stunning store designs and luxurious desserts created and developed by outstanding artisans who fuse rich flavours and sumptuous ingredients.

Franchise Overview

A pioneering ‘affordable luxury’ brand that has transformed the way we experience fine desserts, was founded in 2008 and developed meticulously by the Heavenly Desserts team.  Heavenly Desserts have been unrivalled in providing their customers with a unique dining experience. Our connoisseurs are at the heart of developing the ultimate taste and dining environment.

Our stores look tremendous and are versatile to whatever environment they are developed in, making for impressive return on investments for our franchise partners. This attention to detail has developed into over 35 + successful stores and we plan to open 15 per annum in the UK, with up to four new overseas territories each year.

A four-week training is provided for the franchisee, 3 weeks in-store and a further week at our HQ in Derby. The course covers HD’s style of customer service, products, H & S and guidelines to comply with UK regulations and Environmental Health requirements. Financial training is also part of the plan.

A further mentoring period after launch is also provided.

On-going, modular training is mandated for all staff.

Daily Life of a franchisee

The franchisee who also acts as the manager oversees all aspects of the HD operation, front and back of house. We provide software for creating a suitable rota, ordering of goods and for financial aspects of the business which are all part of the franchisee day. Staff training, recruitment, local networking, customer service needs make this demanding, but very rewarding role.
