Hub Care Support offers an exciting alternative to care. We are not a care agency, instead we provide a free matching service to those looking for care, partnering service users looking for care with fully qualified, QCAS approved Personal Assistants (PAs).
We are on a mission to positively change the lives of service users by empowering them with choice and control over the care they receive whilst supporting PAs to build a strong and flexible career.
How does it work?
After getting to know service user’s individual requirements, you match them with Personal Assistants who can meet their needs. The service user then has the opportunity to choose their Personal Assistant and arrange the finer details of their care. As a franchisee, you then take a small percentage of the Personal Assistant’s fee in order to keep supporting service users and PAs in the future.
Hub Care Support provides a unique opportunity to join the care sector as your own boss, without the pressures of CQC registration or ever having to cover care yourself. With low running costs, all you need is the right attitude and a home-office set-up.
When you join The Hub community as a franchisee, you’re going into business surrounded by support from day one.
Unlike many agencies, this is not a 24/7 job. You will never be responsible for covering care or having to fill hours. That side of things is all down to your PA’s and their individual agreements with their client, the service user.
We are proud to provide an in-depth, tailored training programme, designed to give you practical, hands-on experience of all aspects of the franchise business model, coupled with a comprehensive and fully bespoke eLearning platform to help support ongoing learning and guidance.
All franchisees will receive ongoing refresher training once they have launched to support continuous professional and personal development, coupled with regular business reviews.

A day in the life of a Hub franchisee could look like…
Spend the morning at your leisure
9:00am: switch your phone lines on and respond to any enquiries which may have come through overnight
10:00am: service user phone calls to understand their care needs
11.00am: develop and publish promotional content for social media
12:00pm: meet with a prospective Personal Assistant
1:00pm: take a leisurely lunch
2:00pm: time allocated for networking – local group or relationship management with local hospices and charities etc.
4:00pm: service user phone calls to understand their care needs
5:00pm: wrapping up for the day – leave the office and enjoy your evening
Hub Care Support has capacity for business growth, providing the opportunity for you to expand your business to employ a team to manage the day-to-day administration of the business, whilst you work on further expansion and business development.
