Mobalpa Kitchens are renowned for the design, manufacture and distribution of kitchens, bathrooms and living solutions from deep in the heart of the French Alps, since 1907.
Part of the Fournier group Mobalpa has over 400 outlets worldwide and produces more than 55,000 kitchens per year. This is why we are looking for entrepreneurial, motivated, dynamic, outgoing individuals who are capable of adopting the brand concept and developing in their respective areas.
Having serviced the UK specifically since 1980 mainly through distribution Mobalpa has been developing a UK Franchise network since the end of 2013 due to their success across Europe. The brand is situated in over 20 countries worldwide and owns more than 15 of its own stores, based on this retail experience you can be sure that the skills and knowledge transferred will allow you to perform efficiently and successfully in your new role!
Priding ourselves on our support, training is one of the key elements in your success. Our training starts with a 2-week programme at our Pilot Store in the UK and a further 6 weeks then spent at our head office in Thones, France. Over the period you will be trained on all elements including customer service, product knowledge, design, CAD, sales process, order processing and all administrative tasks.
This initial training is then followed up in your store upon opening by our Sales Coach, Area Manager and Technical Manager.

At Mobalpa you will have the opportunity to engage in several roles while at the helm of your outlet, such as: head of an enterprise, outlet responsibility, team leader, coordinator of various specialists, manager, organiser and communicator. Most importantly, delivering fantastic customer service from start to finish!
